The SEND system can feel like it's written in a language you weren't taught. There's no magic wand — but there is a small team of trusted professionals with significant experience in the system, ready to support you to confidently navigate your way through it and champion the best possible outcomes for your child.
Start with a free initial phone consultation →"You shouldn't have to become an expert in education law just to get the right support for your child."
Whether you're preparing for your first meeting, waiting on an assessment, or trying to make sense of an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) that's full of acronyms — it's normal to feel out of your depth. That doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong. It means the system rarely explains itself clearly, and this is the gap we can bridge so you can confidently support your child's future success.
A no-obligation phone call to talk through your situation — whatever stage you're at. There's no pressure to book anything further afterwards.
FreeBy phone only. Around 15–20 minutes.
A longer, unhurried session by video call or in person. You're the expert on your child — bring your knowledge, your questions, and any paperwork to hand, and we'll work through what matters most together.
£95–£140 per session45–60 minutes. A lower introductory rate is available for early clients — just ask.
Going into a meeting or funding panel feeling prepared makes a real difference. We'll look at what evidence matters, what to expect, and how to put your child's needs into words that get heard.
£150–£350 depending on complexityMany families don't realise what's actually available to them. We'll help you identify the funding streams and grants you may be entitled to for support at home, and guide you through making a strong application.
£95–£200 depending on complexityReceiving a diagnosis for your child can bring relief, confusion, grief, and questions — often all at the same time. We don't believe support should end with a piece of paper. Whether you're trying to make sense of what the report actually means, work out what happens next, or just need to talk it through with someone who understands the system, we can help you take the next steps at your own pace.
£95–£140 per sessionOngoing one-to-one support sessions to help families build positive behaviour strategies at home, and establish consistent routines around sleep, toileting, and daily transitions. Sessions are practical, structured around your child's specific needs, and build week by week.
£95–£140 per sessionA series of sessions is usually more effective than a single one — get in touch to discuss what would work best for your situation.
Inclusion at the heart of every question you ask.
The AISK is our growing library of short, practical guides and information leaflets — written for families, in plain language, covering the topics that come up again and again. Free to read, no sign-up needed.
Explore the AISK →If your child is awaiting a placement decision, on a reduced timetable, or being educated other than at school, ongoing one-to-one or small-group sessions can keep learning moving while everything else gets sorted out — combining regular teaching with assessment that genuinely informs next steps, not just paperwork.
These sessions are sometimes arranged and paid for directly by a family, and sometimes commissioned by a Local Authority as part of a child's EOTAS (Educated Other Than At School) provision. Either route is welcome — get in touch and we'll talk through what's actually needed and who's best placed to arrange it.
Talk it through →The free initial telephone consultation is a short, relaxed call — no preparation needed, and no written report afterwards. It's simply a chance to talk things through and work out what kind of support would actually help.
The comprehensive advisory session goes further: a longer, unhurried session by video call or in person. You are the expert on your child, so bring your knowledge of their strengths and the things they find difficult. You may find it useful to note down your questions, and have any paperwork from the setting to hand. Working together, we'll work through what matters most right now and talk through recommendations. We know how useful a summary is, so after the session you'll receive a written report to help you decide what to do next.
Start with a free initial phone consultation, or go straight to a full advisory session if you already know that's what you need. Either way takes a couple of minutes to arrange.
Prefer to ask a question first? Get in touch — there's no pressure either way.
